It identifies how a client communicates, what drives them, how they prefer to be supported, and how they approach change. This is not a generic personality quiz — every dimension is designed to improve coaching fit and first-session quality.

How does the assessment help with coach matching?

Assessment results generate a structured profile across four dimensions: Interaction Style, Core Driver, Support Language, and Change Pace. This profile helps coaches understand a new client before the first session and creates a richer foundation for the matching system to use in future platform recommendations.

Do you take a commission on earnings?

Never. We charge a flat monthly platform fee and everything you earn from clients is yours to keep.

What does the Founding Member rate mean?

The first 100 Growth coaches, first 50 Pro coaches, and first 50 Featured speakers lock in their monthly rate permanently. Even as prices increase after launch, your rate stays the same as long as your subscription remains active.

Can I switch plans?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Founding Member rates are locked as long as you maintain an active subscription.

How does Find The Masters verification work?

We review credentials, check your professional background, and confirm your online presence. Verified coaches and speakers display the Verified badge on their profile.

When will payments be available?
